Terms and Conditions
1. Entertainers and Mad Monkeys Event inc. Are not responsible for any injuries or accidents caused by guests during the show.
2. All kids must be attended by parents or legal guardians at all the time.
3. Entertainers do not provide change. please try to have the exact amount due at the time of payment.
4. If venue requires payment for parking, customer is responsible for charge.
5. customer pays total amount in USD before date of event via credit/debit card, check or cash.
6. A Non-Refundable $100.00 Deposit is required to reserve your character appearance.
7. All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours’ prior of the starting time to event.
8. There is no refund in case of high-quality, timely and complete provision of services. In case of event cancellation, customer can use any given deposit or payments as credit for any other event within one year period as long, as a date of event is available and approved by contractor. Customer agrees to make any accommodations to pay remaining balance stated on invoice in cash or check upon the date of the event with no exceptions.
9. The total amount must be paid by customer BEFORE the provision of services.
10. The rights and obligations of the parties: 10.1. CONTRACTOR shall provide services and goods listed in invoice to this agreement. 10.2. CONTRACTOR may refrain from providing any service from the list specified in invoice, if not to create conditions of CUSTOMER to provide services (such as changing the time of the holiday, not admission artist, etc.), or if the presence of that objective reasons (circumstances irresistible force, regardless of the artist - sudden illness of direct service providers, if he found an equal replacement, etc.). In this case, the performer must verbally communicate this reason to customers. In case the service is not provided at fault, provided it is returned CUSTOMER deposit for this service. In case the service is not provided by the fault of the customer - deposit for this service is not refundable. 10.3. Customer shall to facilitate the implementation of the work of entertainers, create conditions for their performance.
11. Other conditions: 11.1. This agreement comes into force upon deposit payment and is valid until next day after the event, but in any case to the full obligations of Parties. 11.2 Both parties gives consent to the processing and using of their personal data to the extent and for the purposes of this Agreement and the laws of USA. These individuals confirmed that any processing of their personal data, including photo, video and the transfer of such data to third parties, does not require the separate approval and implementation of written notice of such treatment.
12. Customer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and court cost incurred by contractor and their legal entities in enforcing these terms and conditions.
